We are excited to be providing one of our existing customers with expert SAP Application Management Services (AMS) covering their supply chain modules, including Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM).
We have been working with the customer, a global supplier of plumbing and heating solutions, since 2020, providing our SAP consulting services and innovative IDoc Management Console™ to enhance its operations. With an SAP team already in place, the customer has requested our SD, MM, and WM support to supplement its existing internal resources.
A transition period will see our SAP AMS team develop a deep understanding of the company’s SAP systems and business processes and collect all necessary information to commence ticket management.
Through our hour bank model of support, the customer will benefit from flexible and versatile usage of our services, with the internal team able to call upon our expertise in whatever area they need, including testing and resolving issues, service and change requests, giving advice for long-term improvements, upskilling, and training.
A dedicated Service Delivery Manager will provide day-to-day management of business-as-usual processes and undertake regular monthly service reviews with the customer to jointly review key metrics, support trends, the status of open tickets, and resolution times to ensure that our support service is delivering on expectations.
