Having provided functional and technical SAP AMS across a range of modules for one of our customers, a leading healthcare packaging supplier, for more than two years, we are pleased to be accommodating its increased need for SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) support.
We began working with the packaging company after it had separated from its parent organisation. We were brought in as its new AMS provider based on the breadth and depth of our expertise across a comprehensive range of SAP modules, and the ability of our UK-based team to support the business’ global operations.
The customer benefits from an hour bank model of support, covering its material management (MM), manufacturing, quality management (QM), sales and distribution (SD), warehouse management (WM) and finance and controlling (FICO) processes, as well as its ABAP and Security & Authorisations (S&A) needs. Its internal team can call on our expertise in whatever area they need, including testing and resolving issues, service and change requests, advice for long-term improvements, upskilling and training.
With SAP FICO related calls continually on the rise, it was decided that an increase to the customer’s hour bank would be the ideal course of action, enabling enhanced dedicated support from our FICO subject matter experts.
SAP AMS with The Config Team entails full transparency of support usage over time through access to a live dashboard, as well as regular reports and analysis of ticket volumes across different modules and ticket types. With services overseen by a dedicated service delivery manager, we can ensure that we are continually meeting requirements and accommodating changes over time as needed.
