We are very excited to welcome seven brilliant new additions to the team for what is now the fifth year of our highly successful Associate Academy programme.
The Associate Academy is a structured 12-month programme that provides a gateway into a fulfilling career within SAP for talented individuals from a broad range of professional and academic backgrounds, including university graduates, skilled professionals without a degree and career changers.
With an immersive, hands-on experience, associate consultants at The Config Team gain a real and practical understanding of SAP solutions while harnessing the latest SAP technology, developing specialised expertise in consultancy, software development or project management.
After standing out in a competitive selection process, we are delighted to welcome Megan, James, Ben, Matt, Adam, Nyasha and Maeve to the team. All our successful candidates not only bring excellent technical skills and practical experience to the business but are also well aligned with our strong culture and values.
This year’s associate consultants will be based within the team that is the best match for their individual skillsets and future career aspirations; whether that is working with the latest technologies and innovations to solve complex challenges in the product development team, ensuring seamless project delivery within allocated timelines and budgets as an associate project coordinator or making sure the highest standards are upheld across the whole project portfolio in the PMO team.
Our associate consultants will benefit from a tailored, role-specific personal development plan which includes gaining practical experience through project-based work for high-profile customers, as well as a structured programme of learning and development. Specially designed training will allow them to develop not just a deep technical knowledge of SAP, but also key business and leadership skills which will prove invaluable in their consulting, project management and PMO careers.
