We are excited to announce that, in addition to passing our re-certification audits for ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) standards, we have now also achieved certification in ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS).
ISO 14001 is the internationally recognised standard for environmental management systems (EMS). It provides a framework for organisations to design and implement an EMS and continually improve their environmental performance.
Through the assessment period we were successfully able to demonstrate how we are taking proactive measures to minimise our environmental footprint, comply with relevant legislation and achieve our strategic environmental objectives. The 14001 framework encompasses various aspects, from resource usage and waste management to monitoring environmental performance and involving stakeholders in environmental commitments.
Commenting on this new certification, our head of finance and senior leadership team sponsor for ISO 14001, Greg Marshall, commented: “Achieving ISO 9001 and 27001 was a significant milestone for us in 2021, so we are thrilled to be able to add ISO 14001 to our credentials, highlighting our commitment to environmentally sustainable business practices.

It’s also brilliant to be able to provide a high level of assurance to our customers, colleagues and the wider community that we are holding ourselves accountable.
