We are delighted to announce that we have retained our gold accreditation status from Investors in People!
Investors in People is one of the most sought-after standards in people management, measuring organisations’ workplace cultures in areas around colleague engagement, communication and work practices. Since it was founded in 1991 it has assessed over 50,000 organisations and helped make work better for over 11 million people globally.
Committed to continuous improvement and creating a positive workplace for our people to grow and develop, we have been working with Investors in People since 2013. We first achieved gold accreditation in 2017 and have proudly retained this status ever since, undergoing reassessment first in 2020, and now in 2023.
We were assessed against several indicators to measure how we are performing in the areas of leading, supporting and improving. All our colleagues were anonymously surveyed, and a selection was also interviewed by an Investors in People consultant.
Commenting on this great achievement, our HR business partner, Rachel Stevenson, said: “We’re so pleased to have yet again achieved Investors in People gold. Our brilliant colleagues have made this possible and everyone’s feedback and inputs were really valuable, with lots of work going into preparing for and undertaking our reassessment across all our teams.
