We are excited to welcome ten brilliant new additions to the team, in what is now the fourth year of our highly successful Graduate Academy programme.
After standing out in a competitive recruitment and selection process which received over 1000 applications, we are delighted to welcome James, Josh, Isabel, Tom, Rohan, Shainaz, Daniel, Saood, Callum, and Ali on board. Following the eight graduates that joined us in 2021/22, this year marks our biggest intake yet. All ten of our successful candidates not only bring excellent technical skills and practical experience to the business but are also well aligned with our strong culture and values.
This year’s associate consultants will be predominantly based within the team that is the best match for their specific skillsets and career aspirations; advising customers and delivering SAP supply chain solutions in the consulting services and projects teams, designing solutions and making custom developments in the technical team, or working with the latest technologies and innovations to solve complex challenges in the product development team. We will also allocate graduate project managers across all three of these teams, ensuring projects progress to plan, on time, and within budget.
As well as gaining practical experience through project-based work for high profile customers, the graduates will be supported in their journey through a structured programme of learning delivered by our dedicated learning and development business partner. Specially designed training sessions will allow them to develop not just a deep technical knowledge of SAP, but also key business and leadership skills which will prove invaluable in their professional careers.
