We’re excited to be kicking off a project with a brand-new customer, a leading global healthcare manufacturer, that will see us deliver a full Healthcheck of its UK SAP warehousing operations.
Our Healthchecks are an independent review of a company’s SAP supply chain solutions that will assess the overall health of its systems, and crucially, how well they are supporting the business. Healthchecks are not purely for when there are existing issues, they can also be used when a business is looking to upgrade systems or adopt new technology, ensuring its current solution is running effectively and is ready for these changes.
After an initial site visit in early 2024, we recommended a Healthcheck for its UK warehouse, which will see our expert functional and technical consultants focus on several key areas:
- Gaining a deep understanding of the company’s system organisational structure and warehouse layout.
- Reviewing the current SAP blueprint, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with the company’s long-term business requirements, including the adoption of new technology.
- Identifying all SAP business processes and reviewing the most critical ones in detail.
- Identifying all RICEFWs and interfaces, agreeing a selection to review with the customer to identify areas for improvement.
- Comparing the current system configuration against business needs, addressing any gaps or functional upgrade opportunities.
Included in our services, we will provide the customer with a comprehensive report on our findings upon completion of the Healthcheck. Additionally, we’ll engage in an interactive feedback session with its leadership team to discuss our recommendations and what the next stages in the business’ roadmap could be.
