We have recently been supporting one of our longstanding customers as it explores its options in S/4HANA. We have been working with the leading packaging and container manufacturer for more than five years on a series of successful projects and ongoing engagements. Implementing PreBilt™ for Warehouse Management and Proof of Delivery and PreBilt™ integrated with voice technology, plus providing expert SAP Application Management Services (AMS), we’ve significantly enhanced the effectiveness of the customer’s UK warehousing operations.
In support of its long-term SAP roadmap, the customer is now considering a migration from its existing SAP ECC ERP solution to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. As a result of our strong working relationship plus our deep S/4HANA expertise and experience, we’ve been asked to assist.
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is a powerful out-of-the-box ERP solution. It can be rapidly deployed and ready to use relatively quickly. Built on the clean-core principle, public cloud includes a comprehensive array of features as standard, designed to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and enhance productivity.

Helping the customer’s team familiarise themselves with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and learn more about how it can benefit them, we delivered a series of on-site workshops to showcase the solution. Running over a period of three days and delivered by experienced S/4HANA solution architects, we used a sample of the customer’s own data in our demo system to showcase best practice S/4 cloud processes in the context of the business. The workshops covered in detail all processes within the new solution relevant to the team, including:
- Procurement and inbound logistics
- Internal logistics
- Finance
- Manufacturing
- Outbound logistics
- Sales and distribution
