We are excited to be kicking off a new engagement with one of our longstanding customers, providing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) expertise to add value and additional resources to its internal EWM team in North America.
We have been working with the company, a leading multinational food manufacturer, for several years now. Collaborating on a wide variety of projects including SAP implementations and product deployments, we have developed a great relationship with its key stakeholders and a deep understanding of its processes and ways of working.
Currently rolling EWM out on a global template basis, the customer asked us to come aboard to support its team in North America, providing governance over the template and upskilling its users in EWM best practices.
One of our senior EWM consultants will be working closely with the team five days per week, both remotely and on-site as required. We will be reviewing EWM functional specifications and performing sign-off, ensuring the global template standards are being adhered to and identifying cross-over processes between the customer’s other sites, ensuring existing EWM developments are utilised where appropriate to remain as standard as possible.
Upskilling members of the internal team, we will be helping to fill in skills and knowledge gaps to improve overall understanding of the solution throughout the business, ensuring that it is well equipped to maintain system performance in the long term.
Commenting on our latest win, our head of sales, Paul Fraser, said: “We are excited to be working with our customer on a new project. Over many years of work together we have demonstrated first hand our skills and expertise in SAP EWM, and beyond, as well as our collaborative approach to projects that will prove very valuable in delivering on all requirements.”
