We are pleased to be working with a new customer, as we embark on a project together that will see us deploying PreBilt™, our mobile solution for the SAP supply chain.
The customer, a leading manufacturing company specialising in bonding and adhesive products for the healthcare and industrial markets, currently utilises SAP Warehouse Management (WM) to support its UK warehousing operations. Still relying on manual and paper-based processes in some areas, the customer was looking to improve efficiencies throughout its warehouse operation by introducing a mobile solution, with PreBilt selected as the ideal option.
Following a review of the customer’s current business processes and SAP customisation, our dedicated product team will be deploying PreBilt for WM, powered by Neptune, at two of its warehouses, both in the UK, with plans to roll out to seven more UK sites.
PreBilt will be covering key WM processes at the sites including external goods receipt, stock movements through the warehouses, physical inventory count, and stock enquiry, allowing them to be executed on a mobile device with a simple and intuitive user interface. We will be working closely with the customer’s internal team to configure the solution to meet their business and process needs. The configurable toolkit provided with PreBilt will enable the customer to easily customise the screen layouts, with no additional development, in such a way that users only see the fields and screens that are relevant to them.
While PreBilt is easy to use and requires little in the way of training, we will be carrying out knowledge transfer to ensure that the warehouse teams are fully comfortable using the solution and are able to onboard future users.
Following go-live, the customer will benefit from our support services that will ensure PreBilt continues to operate at optimum capacity.
