We are delighted to be working with an existing customer, deploying our mobile RF scanning solution for the SAP supply chain, PreBilt™, to a manufacturing site in Mexico.
The global pharmaceutical manufacturer currently operates SAP Warehouse Management (WM) onsite and uses the standard SAP RF mobile solution, ITS Mobile, but has adopted PreBilt at other locations in North America and Europe. The customer is keen to implement PreBilt globally, replacing the existing RF scanning solution as part of its ongoing SAP strategy.
For this 8-week project, we will work closely with the customer to deliver PreBilt to manage key processes concerning stock control and inventory management. Following on from previous deployments with this customer, the solution will help digitise supply chain processes while improving stock visibility and operational efficiency.
Following an initial discussion and workshop with the team, we will deploy PreBilt to manage goods receipt, stock movements, physical inventory, stock enquiry and picking and packing. The direct connection to SAP will enable users to accurately track, locate and review stock onsite in real-time, improving visibility and warehouse efficiency, while the intuitive user interface will make SAP easier to use for operatives.
Our team will carry out knowledge transfer throughout the implementation process, ensuring users are confident with the RF scanning solution and can get any new hires up to speed quickly. We will also work closely with the customer’s internal team post-deployment, ensuring PreBilt continues to run effectively.
