Quickly and easily change screen layouts to remove unwanted fields, change field labels, add hint text, change font size and colour, all with without the need for any development.

Images can be displayed on any screen for easy product verification, improving picking speed and accuracy, while images can be captured and added to an order, PO or goods receipt to record damages or stock discrepancies for evidence and audit purposes.

Simple screen navigation with clear menu options and descriptions for users looking to select function and exception codes, ensuring there is no need to remember SAP codes and acronyms.

All PreBilt screens automatically resize to the device being used whether that is a smartphone, ruggedised barcode RF scanner or tablet, making it ideal for operations that use a variety of devices.

If there is a loss of connection while using PreBilt, all session data will be maintained and updated in SAP once the connection is restored, ensuring no data is lost.

Fully voice-enabled, PreBilt can deliver direct integration between SAP and a range of voice devices, enabling customers to operate both voice-directed and barcode scanning operations.

    PreBilt for EWM FAQ’s

    No, PreBilt for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) sits on top of the existing EWM framework to enhance its capabilities with an intuitive mobile barcode scanning experience.  

    SAP Fiori is designed to be used to complete simple SAP tasks on a desktop such as work approvals and reports, it has not been developed as a mobile solution for barcode scanning. Fiori has limited applications for use with SAP EWM and is unable to convert any custom transactions. PreBilt for EWM is specifically designed to complete EWM transactions on a mobile device and offers UI and functionality benefits over Fiori.  

    SAP Personas is purely a UI solution for personalising SAP screens, allowing screen designs to be altered to make them more user friendly. It is designed for use with simple SAP transactions that are executed on desktops. Its use for RFUI is only supported from SAP S/4HANA 2021 and it limited use cases for EWM processes. Significant development work is required to customise screens across a range of transactions. PreBilt for EWM is specifically designed for mobile barcode scanning, completing EWM transactions on a mobile device and offers UI and functionality benefits over SAP Personas.  

    We have added specific functionality that enables users to view all the picking tasks and swipe through the screens so they can start on the task of their choice, enabling user-based decisions to optimise SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and increase productivity.  

    PreBilt for EWM offers gamification for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), which sees game mechanics added to warehouse tasks.
