PreBilt Functionality

Quickly and easily change screen layouts to remove unwanted fields, change field labels, add hint text, change font size and colour, all without the need for any development.

With the ability to be added to any PreBilt screen, images can be captured and added to an order, PO or goods receipt.  Example use cases include recording damages or stock discrepancies during the goods receipt process for evidence and audit purposes.

All PreBilt screens automatically resize to the device being used whether that is a smartphone, ruggedised barcode RF scanner or tablet, making it ideal for operations that use a variety of devices.

If there is a loss of connection, while using PreBilt for mobile inventory management, all session data will be maintained and updated in SAP once the connection is restored, ensuring no data is lost.

Our in-built SmartScan functionality enables complex barcodes to be scanned, with all the different components being automatically populated into the relevant fields on the PreBilt screen to enable transactions to be completed quickly and easily.

Through integrating with partner scanning engines, PreBilt can deliver enhanced scanning capabilities including Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Batch Scanning and Augmented Reality (AR) to speed up key processes such as goods in and stock enquiry transactions.

Fully voice-enabled, PreBilt can deliver direct integration between SAP and a range of voice devices, enabling customers to operate both voice-directed and scanning operations.

Key metrics, configurable to any operation, are displayed in real-time for live insights into supply chain activities. With red, amber, green status based on set criteria, key areas for focus are clearly identified.

    PreBilt for IM/WM/stRM

    PreBilt can be used to execute any SAP transactions within goods receipt, stock movements, putaway, stock enquiry, physical inventory, picking, packing and goods issue processes on a mobile device.

    PreBilt offers a range of SAP analytics and reporting capabilities that can be viewed on wallboards, desktops, tablets or mobile devices. Key metrics can be tailored to the business needs but could include pick rates, outstanding orders for picking or packing, number of successful deliveries and OTIF figures. Activity status’ can also be reported in list format with live updates direct from SAP as orders move through the operation.

    PreBilt supports barcode scanning in all of its SAP transactions on any mobile or RF device. Integration with third party scanning engines enables us to facilitate innovative scanning operations that use technology such as augmented reality (AR), optical character recognition (OCR), as well as batch scanning processes.  

    PreBilt eliminates the need for paperwork, with all inventory data updated directly in SAP in real-time, there is no delay in stock being available in the system and no risk of human error in data input.
